Th omega is a steel and gold model powered by the 30t2 calibre probably the mid late 50's. There are two Patek Gondolos and one Calatrava. if yes, probably from the 90's and this is just my rough guess

my condolence on the loss of your father. Your grand dad and your father had great taste in watches and I must say, amazing willpower for keeping the Pateks in mint condition. I think your brother and you can split the two Ellipse Pateks between yourselve... 

I recommend you to check with a Patek AD if they should need a service. Oils may be dryed. All have his own charm, there are no bad share between you, and you could change later, if wished ;-)) Welcome here, Cheers, Patrickh

Most grateful for all input. We can figure out the 3 new Pateks but the omega is a conundrum as are the other 4 Pateks.

So sad that your family has had this departure. Put all the watches in a collective for now, and just you and your brother can borrow them from the collective. This way you guys can exchange and borrow all of the watches and not just be limited. Eventuall...
