Patek Philippe

It seems that the bulk of discussion revolves around highly complicated or " very hard to get" pieces and I sense the simple watches for some reason don't measure up for discussion. So I would like to see if there is some interest in 3796's (my favorite) ... 

Still in an " affordable " range, the Cal 240: Nicely made with its lovely micro rotor, as you know, it was used for the simpler PP watches ( Nautilus moonphase / 5110 - 5130 etc... ) to the most exquisite PP, like the Celestial ( 5102 ). A well born cali...  

is so versatile.From the simpler watches like the Nautilus 5712: to the more complicated, like the Celestial : cheers fernando...

I agree with Whit that the 3796 is one of the most classic Patek designs of all time. Another watch that is historically important but mostly forgotten is the 3796D (the D represents Decoratif referring to the hobnail bezel). In my opinion, the 3796D and ...

Here's a 5053. Had it for sale, but decided to keep it instead. Runs on a 315......
