Monard vs Mayu
It depends of what other watches you have, the Monard is more bare relative to the Mayu but it wears larger.
The Mayu dial is very well laid out but I think the movement of the Monard is more pleasing visually.
As a casual dress watch the Mayu maybe better, the Monard is more of a "tuxedo watch"
Regardless, you can't lose with either choice. Good luck!

I too had looked for a long time for a basic dress watch before getting the Moser Mayu. IMHO, it has a compelling balance of simple beauty, elegance, depth, and value. The movement is stunning to look at. It has good presence. The tactile feel of the wind...

Moser vs Moser
Hi D Thankyou for your comments, that I tend to agree on. I am also mainly interested in the Monard due the clibre and the 7 days power reserve. I will probbly have to try them both in the AD and decide than.. Best Hans

Actually your collection combines 2 beautiful couples...
One the Daytona & the Mayu which is a complex though very well laid out dial together with a simple yet mesmerizing dial Then of course the 5712 & 5146!
