Regarding the 5205R it is actually among my favourite models in Patek's current product. I find it very elegant, tasteful and well balanced.
However for me the tough choice would be between the G and R version. Anyway amazing watch.

I just Patek will make a perpetual calendar chronograph with this dial layout. Better still, instant jumping digits. That will be super super cool.
