And yes: very selfexplanatory!

It seems , still , to me as if this is a single safety feature system.

Rolex's Euster Clasp looks / is safer, I believe: it is catching / latches first and than you can fold a second clasp over.

PP is "just" catching / latching with the Calatrava cross clasp and the little white ball ( friction is just the principle here -- Rolex: friction AND a safety clasp )

BUT I can imagine that it is safe enough...

Again: very, very kind of you to explain it with some great pictures.
