Leather strap on Aquanaut : which clasp ?

Hi,

I would like to put a leather strap on my Aquanaut 5165A and I'm looking for a nice buckle to put on the strap.
I don't want a deployant but more a simple buckle like the one on the Calatrava 5196.
But on the Calatrava the buckle is in white gold and the Aquanaut is in SS and when asked, the Patek Salon told me that they don't sell buckles.
Any chance to find somewhere a SS Patek buckle ?
Any other thought ?
