It's Patek Navy blue strap (from a 5296)...
Here's a couple more shots , trying to capture the deep Navy blue color of the strap, and how it picks up the blue of the moon-phase (lighting wasn't the greatest):

would if i had the money be the 5970, i love the way it looks and it has a complication that i like in it, no offence but i have never understood the hype and look of the 5070, the casing feels a bit big.
