It's just basic common sense. Depends on a lot of factors...

First and foremost, it depends on your lifestyle. Know yourself. Do you stop at the gym on the way home from the office? If so, don't wear this watch at the gym. How secure are gym lockers at your gym? Even the best country clubs have problems sometimes.
Secondly, it depends on your overall environment. Do you live in a place with really bad weather? Ultra high humidity (like Taipei, I've never seen anything worse than Taipei in the summer time, between the car to the front door of the shopping mall, a 100 meter walk I felt I needed a shower due to the humidity). I would avoid any snap back case watch in super humid environments. Environment is also not limited to your weather.
If you're in the fortunate position to consider wearing a 3445 as a daily watch, there are other things for you to consider that would need to be tailored to your environment and yourself. But two main things to consider are yourself/your lifestyle and your environment. The third thing to consider is the condition of the watch. If the watch is freshly serviced, it can withstand a more humid environment. But if the O-rings are worn out, I'd avoid a super humid environment.
