It always came with a tang buckle
A few guys have bought deployant buckles, you then have to get thinner straps or it will open up.
A few AD's have told me of problems with the deployant opening on this watch.
My Main AD talked me out of it.
The tang is very secure and comfortable.

They will not open if the deployant is fitted with a proper strap. The strap that comes with 5135 is thicker and presses on the deployant too much.....and forces it to open especially if fitted tightly or on big wrists. I have deployant with a 'proper str...
