It's a terrific watch, and a complication "owned" by Patek.
My preference though is for its immediate predecessor, the iconic 5110P. I think its size, proportion, and dial are about perfect. As noted, both versions share the cal 240, a reliable and aesthetically blessed movement. As is often the situation, moving into a larger case while retaining the same size movement, requires certain accommodations. The dial of the 5110P requires no such adjustment.
The blue dial on either the 5110P and 5130P are both really appealing though, and well worth the platinum premium. I've been told that the blue dial can make it difficult to determine the time, at least at a quick glance. Your photos illustrate this well. It's something perhaps to consider, although any extra time spent staring at that dial is certainly not time wasted!
Good luck with your decision; there's very little not to like about this reference.
