imo nothing special, just a swapped dial from a 5071
the 5071 is an ugly, iced 5070 which costs 4 times the price of the 5070. Afaik only made in white gold with that black and dial 9 diamonds at 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,10,11 and a baguette at 12 o'clock
Probably the owner had a 5070 and a 5071 and swapped both dials. I want to believ you Radone but to be honest I would be surprised if it was done at PP, mostly they refuse these kind of modifications. And since it is just the dial, every good watchmaker can do the job

Depending on the individual style, it may suit some. Anyway, I prefer my silver dialed 5070G. I have this for a black dial....
