1. The horizontal recesses in the dial would stop at the "Patek Philippe" logo, and not go through it compared to the ss ver
2. There would be a frame/gild around the date window for the P vs the ss
3. no hints of the diamond that Patek usually uses embedded at 6'o clock on the bezel

i'm guessing apart from the writing Tiffany & Co on the dial nothing
And the small(er) number (of dials) produced. But I don't have the slightest idea wat those numbers are. Personally I'd prefer it without the extra advertisement on the dial. Much cleaner.

Tiffany both in NYC and in Honolulu claimed that they do the stamping. A fact supporting it is that in NYC they showed me a Grand Complication which they stamped "by accident". Anyhow, the watches are stamped outside PP Geneva. Thanks for correcting. Best...

and I'm as happy with that as I would be without. For me this Tiffany stamp reminds a fantastic holiday in Honolulu and a Tiffany Boutique where they knew absolutely zero about Patek. Best, Kari
