I bought last summer my 5167 from Tiffany Honolulu.
The dial was stamped.
There's nothing special about the Tiffany dial. Because Tiffany is a very old retailer of Patek Philippe, they have an agreement that all watches retailed by Tiffany can be marked with "Tiffany & Co.". This deal excludes Grand Complications.
The watches are standard but the stamp is added in the workshops of Tiffany in NYC. Additionally, Tiffany's own certificate follows the watch and the outer case is changed to Tiffany's own (ugly colour) case. Naturally there are less watches with Tiffany dial than without but at least for me this second branding means noting.
In my case the Aquanaut just reminds me of a good holiday in Honolulu.
