I was a little surprised because the # 5065 clasp (square type) I knew had changed to a shape like # 5167 (one side was rounded).
I changed the strap of my Aquanaut # 5065 from a bracelet to a tropical band version. When the ordered item was delivered, I noticed that the clasp was different from the old square type .
Do you know when this change was made ? like #6167 new version? old type ...

This has been around for 5167 for as long as I remember (well over 10 years). There is another clasp which I believe is only for 5968; that looks really good.
As you can see in the last photo, this clasp for 5065 has the same shape as the one for 5167, but the size is different.
It used to be a square type (third photo), but has it changed recently? Or is it a diversion of the current product of the same size?

In that case, they must have decided to change the style and made it smaller for 5065. It is a good clasp I think. I personally prefer it to the very square shape.
