I started with Barclays a few years ago.....
......and then on a meeting with them they just casually mentioned that they had introduced a card that could be customised to feature any picture I wanted. Immediately, I woke up and started listening. They thought I was really bizarre as all teh previous discussion about pensions....bla.....insurance....bla....asset management.....bla just saw my eyes glaze-over. But I lit up when they said "customised cards" .....,THATS what i want from my bank.....THAT and to not go bust.
No....i have no shares in Barclays....
....but i do bank with them in the UK....and they offer this option to customise the debit card with a picture that I supply..... Fun, eh?

You can go even further ...
... let the chip or the transponder built into the strap and then you can pay with your watch even! Certainly you can pay just a small amount only ( £20 if I remember correctly) but maybe you can opt for a higher limit? The card looks really cool!
