I had some problems with the winding of my 5120J
but everything is fixed now. I recommend a Scatola winder which you can program according to your watch. Patek 5120 has a 240 movement and it is unidirectional requiring 800 turns counter clock wise.
I have learned to appreciate my 5120 a lot and to me it's a perfect dress watch.

Your concernes are not really justifiable ...
Choose what you think is looking best. It is not an easy task to pick one Patek only. It is quite hard as they, nearly all, look great and are of highest quality. Regards Moritz
