As I understand, for the red and green straps, if you re buying from Patek Service Centre or AD, there is now a policy limiting it to existing owners of the 5167A Singapore Limited Edition and the 5168Gs respectively ...

Yes you are right, you cant buy them from Patek directly, you have to get them from a different source
