I tried this watch on last year.
I find the dial to be cluttered. Almost like the watch is trying too hard. And then one of my friends bought one and he absolutely loves it. It’s also very high in resale value- so there’s always an upside 😎.
Cluttered yes, but also symmeteical and with a "meaningful" complication.
One thing that is really cluttered is the fact that they had to cut the nr. 12. to make it fit. That is bothering me a little bit, but only a little bit
The 12 is a bit clumsy...
...they probably could have gone with a double marker of some sort and moved the moon cutout up. But this has grown on me. Would love to see it in person...
If you get the call, take and run....
but you might want to check the price again I'm also hoping my wife can get the call but I will size it for both of us. It's good for both genders.

But i do not like this watch at all ! While i find the 5167 /5164 sleek and nice i find all the other aquanaut pretty ugly .. this one being the the one i like the least. I ll stay with the simple 5167A in any form ...
I was on the list for the 5167a for a long time.
Years after i started.to.dislike the date window for some reason. I was on the list when this watch was 18k chf around. Now its above 22k. This, together with the steel bracelet, made me switch to the LUCE. Thank you for the comment. I appreciate comments...

I got it offered and declined because I prefer the case shape of 5164 and luckily got the G some months ago. Too much going on here as well imo. But you must like it and not us 🥂
Always loved this reference....although I'm on the list for 5167A.
