I always dislike 'outside dates' BUT
To me, this watch is maybe the most beautiful Patek in years and years... at ANY price. And I repeat, I normally feel a great aversion to the outside date... but this watch, in this metal... WHEW! Stunner. And a great old classic Patek movement. Verrrry nice.

Great post and pics! Have to say, the 5101and 6000 didn't strike my fancy at all at first glance, but they're certainly really growing on me now. Still, my grail piece is the 5960P. One day....
