I'm just like you
I normally prefer discontinued watches, while the new releases typically fail to move me.
My idea of a serious watch is a watch that i will still love in 10, 20, 30, etc. years.
In this line of work, the Datograph is, for me as well, at the very top of the list ;-)
The Patek is very cool too... Congratulations for your excellent taste.

It remained unsold and unloved in the 1990's Then when they discontinued it and it was A rarity it became famous Just like the 5020 I always loved it though......... Best Imran

I think it is 35.5mm.....wear bigger than the size though. Fit perfectly on my wrist. It's the kind of watch that makes your heart a fussy feeling Where to get? I have no clue, it's hard to come by with good provenance and complete box, winder, case back ...

working hard when young to make vitamin M to get all these, now age catch up and realise they are not all worth it ;-P We only need one or 2 for memories, not for time. Hope you are well. *CL
