I was a bit disappointed with the readability of 5131G. What would you say; is the readability of the anniversary piece better? Best, Kari

I need to show more loyalty to my AD before the watch box would be offered !! Unfortunately (or fortunately) I could not get the 7175 for my wife. Anyway, I appreciate the 5575 and 7175 more than she does the 7175. Cheers, Gordon

We used two have some very active ladies at PPro, but still there are quite a few reading (mainly) - even when there are less ladies than men around here. Anyway, would be nice to see more than just the promising buckle :-) Best, Oliver
Congrats, Gordon!

Gordon, I love this pairing beyond description. Simply fantastic. You, and the others that have also partnered these beauties, inspire me to work harder and smarter in hopes of doing something similar in the future. Onwards and upwards! Matt

"PP makes the best world timers" is one that I totally agree with. So much so that I think I have an addiction for them !! Below is a photo of my PP WT family before the 5575. Cheers, Gordon 5130 Shanghai and 5131G were content with a close knit family of...

...having the world and sky on your wrist !! great photos !! BTW, how is your hunt for 5575 coming along ? Is your AD willing to ask 5575 clients to swap 5575 for your 5975??
Hard to get now
By: watch-fan : January 5th, 2015-15:21
AD siad he will try his best. It is hard to persuade 5575G owner to give up his watch. Maybe AD will give me 5131R when it is available if I don't have 5575G. Tell you the truth, I like 5131G more.
very lucky
By: watch-fan : January 6th, 2015-12:23
Both of us are very luck to get what we want. I won't complaint. I am very happy.
How do you think?

Hi watch-fan, the 7175R with a black strap has...
By: GLau : January 7th, 2015-07:45
...a very different look and feel than the original tan color strap. The dark blue strap on the 5131G naturally matches the new 7175 black strap better. If pairing is your primary objective, then keep this change. IMO, I would focus more on the aesthetics...
Thank you for your suggestion

I will try different color. It is fun to play with it when I have free time.
That cross-dressed 7200R sure looks good...
By: alwoo888 : January 11th, 2015-23:25
... as a man's watch. The dark tan strap is a great idea. I think it could potentially work even better on the 5575. The 5575, despite its bling, manages to look less feminine than the 7200. Maybe because being a world time with all that text and numbers ...
Oops! Just realized I've been typing 5575 when I meant 7175!
By: alwoo888 : January 11th, 2015-23:41
... please just replace the 5575 with 7175 in the post for it to make sense! Apologies! The text should read as follows: ... as a man's watch. The dark tan strap is a great idea. I think it could potentially work even better on the 7175. The 7175, despite...
I like the second one because
By: alwoo888 : January 18th, 2015-21:39
the foreground is darker, and the magnification is not so large (but large enough for the moon detail) which allows for more of the sky to be seen. This also makes the stars less prominent and therefore more realistic.
