Hi Geo, this is reference 5738/50G-016, a limited edition part of the out-of-catalog "Rare Handcraft" collection that was announced in June 2021. For more on this model, I'm reposting Patek's official description below:
Every year (with the obvious exception of 2020), Patek traditionally announces a series of stunning, limited edition Rare Handcraft models. That Ellipse is from their rare handcrafts collection 2020 and it’s called „spirit of the seventies“. They make only a handful of these every year and they are so called allocation pieces. The colors are amazing and pictures don’t do justice. Thx again. B...

As far as I know, our friend Tempus was in fact one of the first collectors to be allocated this remarkable piece by Patek --- and his allocation took place only a couple months after the announcement, not now ( ) These are of course extremely sought-aft...
