Patek cases, as I mention sometimes, are very interesting in terms of design but also in terms of dimensions.
The way they work with curves, steps etc... make a lot of them a little work of art. Sometimes they are the main course, next to the dial and sometimes they just remain discreet to accompany what's on the dial side.
The way you pictured the dial of the 5960/1A is fantastic

Attempting to emulate Baron's wrist shot technique.
Baron takes his wrist shots (or many of them) at an angle that features the case more than the dial. Here was my attempt at that-I don't think I pulled it off quite. Still a lot of dial. I started with a Lange but then figured that if I am honoring Baron ...

It's very comfortable. And it is a great choice for hot weather. But like you, I would like to put it on a (sweat-resistant) strap. What I can't figure out is how to do it. (I'm awaiting a steel pin-buckle from a dealer.) The bracelet does not look to be ...

But how do you get it onto the case?? Take a good look at how the bracelet attaches to the case.
