You never own a Patek, you merely hold it until the service center needs it back 🤣.
No I’m not saying they aren’t built well. I’m saying the service center has a reputation for..taking their time.
So you will need something else to wear. It’s always good to have a watch you enjoy, that isn’t too precious, just in case you need to send your nicer watches to get service or need to go somewhere not suited for your top tier watch.

I quite like your Max Bill. Just personally, I would find myself wearing the Max Bill on more days than the 5196R

Welcome to wps. Selling a Max bill? It is a bargain. a few bucks. A Max bill is ideal when repair an old timer. Give it away to somebody who like it.
