Just go to your most fav AD and ask for the application form for the 5450 if he still has any, fill in the form and the AD will send it to Patek for approval either by Mr. Stern or a senior member. They do want the watch to be delivered to a true collector as its a limited edition of three hundred, price is about 78,000 swiss francs. The most interesting question in the form was to justify why you deserve this piece, its a tough race people. Best of lUck.

I think that you are correct in your assumption. They only made beteen 200-300 and as you can imagine,they were very soon sold.
Limited Edition
They will make 300 (it is a limited edition) and I think not even one has been delivered so far. So you still have a - small - chance to get one at list price through your AD.

Usually these limited editions were well allocated before they deliver the timepieces to their customers. Just wondering... are you guys really interested in 5450P?...

The 5450 as well as the 5350, are available in the USA.
No they are sold thru dealers in the USA as well. More and more of the hard to get watches, (read that as models sold by Gray market dealers for more than retail), are becoming application pieces. I do not know if the 5450 is or is not an application piec...
