Consider references 3425 or 3429.

The 3425 is the most "minimalist" one, having a very narrow bezel and a diameter of around 33mm. I own one and really like its proportions. The 3429 has a bit more bezel. I have tried them on and find their proportions less harmonious, but they are a bit larger (diameter of 35mm). Both have the 27-460 movement and no date. You should be able to get more information about each using Google. Pictures should be available on Antiquorum's website. There are a few other models without date. These are not watches that you should buy without seeing them in person, though: some of them look fine in head-on photos but have proportion issues when seen in person.
