Both watches look good on your wrist, but the PP looks best.
Hororsgasm may not be as accurate in determining old PP references , ;-), BUT he is right about the AP:
the new Rolex might be too chuncky, big for your wrist.
Also, pay attention to the case: it has got quite sharp lugs and on a smaller wrist it might be even dangerous.
The old Sub was / is great and would fit on any wrist.
The new Sub would not be watch that you will forget on your wrist, due to it's weight, also.
So, if you can find one old Sub with stickers still on consider it and the AP Royal Oak, too.

Thks fr sharing your experiences. Very "human". I have the Dato as well, which as we talk, is back for a service. I am very careful when I wear any watches, so so far I have never bang my dato around. I owe some seriously huge watches...55mm being the big...

Thank you very much for your kind comments. You are right, the power reserve on the Dato is pretty low and is likely one of the reasons I tend to forget to wind it. I think it should be wound every 36 hours or else on is likely to find it has stopped. I a...
