You are right, every one has his own reasons for buying/selling watches. Some people buy to sell (especially those not removing the plastic) but fortunately those are not the majority.
I was very pleased that my 14-year old son spotted the center white area is Greenland right away when he first saw this watch which then allows us to start a watch conversation.
i turned down one last year because the dial is too green n blue.. i hope my next incoming (soon) will be more “snowy” on the dial. till then.. congrats on yours! the P is certainly the best of all 5131!
Already have 5270G and 5270R both double seal and locked in the safe. My husband don’t want to open/use them so I can’t do much.. I share his watches.. beside I am kinda rough with my watches especially when I am in my professional/commercial kitchen 😬 🥂 ...

i wore this brand new 5712 as a beater in the kitchen sometime ago n this is the result.. .. i decided not to refurbish the watch since i have quite a few other nautilus . just hope my kids don’t mind the scratches n dingssss 😬 ...

very different dials from the same reference. Interesting to see one has more brown and less ice, possibly showing the global warming effects more realistically ! Please keep these photos coming !
