buckle on the patek 5960
Hi, i have been looking and considering buying a 5960 for some time. I have just noticed that the buckle on the deployante is either a calatrava cross or a more traditional buckle. Does anyone know why is that the case? Does Patek do both or is the calatrava cross only on the newer models?

Thanks for that, it is very ironic indeed. I have actually been to an AD in London this weekend to try it on and the model they had on display funnily enough had the calatrava cross. I asked them and they mumbled that they come with both types of buckle.A...

I have a 5960 and I love the cross buckle. I asked the AD if it was possible to order one. they said yes. It took them to long to get back to me with a price. Spoke to PP NYC, they said I can order it. The listing was $4,ooo .
