From the first pictures I could not make myself a good opinion on that watch, now it is more clear, it is AMAZING ! I love this case "à la" Patek with nice curves, this fantastic bezel. Some do not like engraving, a slight touch like here or on the c... 

With Imran of London completely. This the Patek I strive to own one day. Its modern but timeless and has two great complications which Patek is ofcourse known for. This the benchmark modern Patek for me with perhaps the Split Chrono/ Perpet Calender Ref 5... 

love it. The annual calendar layout, in all its iterations, baffles me. I don't 'get' why Patek collectors have received this three window design with smiles. The 5960 was called one of the ugliest Pateks ever created by the majority, then became sort of ... 

I do like the 5960 , a fantastic fluid case not seen since 2526 (in other proportions). It is a complicated watch with chronograph and annual calendar but it looks so simple, that's typical for Patek. For me at least. It is also a "sports watch" with a cl... 

It's all about a personal opinion with watches. But really? Comparing 2526 to 5960? Like Dancing with the Stars to Baryshnikov?

I should have avoid the vintage reference. Dolphin and whales do not compare ^^
