Although I don’t know the answer for sure, I think it is quite possible you can purchase a winding box (if that is what you are referring to) by ordering it thru a local Patek AD.

Seeking the collective wisdom here. Can a replacement winder that came with the watch be ordered? Or it's a one off item?

i would send the watch to PP AD for a service and they will determine the problem and rectify this complicated watches micro rotor if requiring replacement would then take place. a worn rotor can do other damage within the movement. i assume you have not ...
