I like the idea of a platin case, but between these I think I prefer the steel one, even though I’m not really fond of green dials.
Rose gold with black dial. Wasn't mine.
A friend of mine wore his rose gold black dial watch to dinner last night. The chicken was very good, but the bed of hen of the wood mushrooms and corn under the chicken was much too salty.
Very classy, I imagine.
But I think I prefer the black platinum variant, which has black discs for day/date/month. I'm sorry to read about these salty mushrooms and corn! Best, Emmanuel

I often find date discs and other disc indications to be jarring if the background isn't matched properly.

In person the 5905-014 with its green dial is truly stunning!
I've had the pleasure to try it at the dealers after they received the first examples, and I'm just sorry that I could not get one at the time!
As always, there’s nothing like the hands on experience.
I always keep that in mind: judging from photos has limited value.
