I'm not worried by the dial change and of course many would suggest the purity was lost when they went from the original 3700 case design to the 5711, or indeed when moving from screws to pins.

And another thing that distorts the dial is that odd sized date window with the simple font

I'm personally less troubled about the new dial than the pins on the bracelet!

I once read they changed it to the newer model version because this one had a high error margin in production. Personally I prefer yours by a mile. The devil is in the details! Wear it in the best health! Best, H
