Agree--5960P is an amazing piece. You are getting a chrono--all on one wheel--with a flyback function as well as an annual calendar. It is platinum with the diamond--looks great--feels great. I am happy I went in that direction. On the other hand the 5146P is a great work watch that one can wear in jeans also if you please. Both are great watches--both platinum with diamond--both perfect balance and symmetry--both feel great as well---that platinum heft!!! Perfect duo IMHO.
