I cannot agree more. I sold my 5711 in 2009 for a 5712. I then got a 5980 and then 5167A and, suprise suprise, I ordered a 5711 (again) which should arrive before Christmas. After all 5711 is the best daily wear and I will keep her that way for many years...

I at once owned a 5711/1A, a 5712/1A and a 5980/1A, ultimately selling the last two and keeping only the 5711/1A. I am probably in the minority on this forum in preferring the simplicity of the 5711/1A to the complications of the 5712/1A and 5980/1A. I be...

i opted for the 5711 over the 5980 earlier this year. in a perfect world i would have both but im more than happy with the 5711 at this stage. The only thing i had to do was get the one and half link added to the bracelet to ensure perfect comfort. regard...
