In summary, we have no idea 
But it does seem no more names are being added to waiting lists now (but also perhaps the waiting lists were nearly cleared, maybe after PP made the last batch and decided it was after all a rather 'difficult' watch to make then time to have a rest - this is pure speculation on my part).
However this is a completely new and so far unique calibre, surely they have some more plans for it?
Whilst the watch is a litle love/hate I think most love it and especially the dial (which I think is the subject of some of the production difficulties)...

A dealer friend told me in passing that this reference had been recently pronounced dead...is it really so?? It looks lovely to me...
"Dead" as in the production or the sales side?
personally, I was told by boutique manager they are going to temperory stop the production due to some technical issues. This is not a sales talk trying to close a sales with me since I already own 5235 for a year now. Nice pic btw! .. Best regards, Jen

several references are not to be produced next year
but that doesn't say they will not in 2017. Maybe just rebalancing and company focus elsewhere. They are in the process of building a facility which is daunting for anybody.
