Thinking of getting one for myself; seeking opinion from current or previous owners in regards to aesthetics, wearability, value etc
It’s small at 34mm by today’s standards; how do you think it would suit my 7” wrist?

I would seek to try it on before you buy.
34 mm is very small by today's standards. With a 7" wrist -- neither big nor small -- you may be disappointed. Maybe consider a 5107 or 5127 instead.
