The 5070 is a much more sophisticated watch. A watch that I can appreciate for hours and days. Daytona is on the other hand a very practical and reliable daily beater. Hope your Daytona arrives soon.

I wear it often and it does pick up a few case marks.
The bezel is a scratch magnet. But then so are all the 5070’s the platinum is no more or less. Just a beautiful watch all round. M.

I have the 5070g and the Daytona WG on oysterflex. Both are great, but I agree with the above that the 5070 is in a different league. Plus, the clear back is more fun.
