Same movement and case shape, but smaller diameter (31 mm as opposed to the 37mm of the 5196). I had tried on the 5196, and even though I have no problem wearing a 37mm watch, found that it wore very large on my wrist. Mine is rose gold as well, but it's ... 

I had concerns that it would be too small, but it works. I think this case style and dial just wear larger -- so just as the 37mm "wears big", so too, in my mind does a 31mm Calatrava in the same style.
