this is contradictory to car dealerships with repair centers
car dealerships without repair centers attached have a hard time surviving. the repair centers are revenue generators that provide steady cashflow for both overheads.
interesting that watch service centers are not.
i wonder, would it be possible to pay a premium for service (above the already high price ahha) and speed up the service time? i would be willing to pay up to 30% more for half the wait.
would that 30% be profitable? there may be a new business idea there...
