I think Patek is going too commercial. German edition, Doha edition, Singapore edition, Dubai edition, Mecca edition , shanghai edition and now Jerusalem . I think Patek should consider other references in the LE dept. congrats to all the new owners of th...

Hello. i saw a dealer in Gibraltar offering a Patek 5110p with Jerusalem replacing Cairo. Has anyone ever heard of a 5110 with Jerusalem on the city dial? Is it a fake?
