Who apart initated people would notice this .... and when you are working in a tech company, better chances are to be noticed for your apple watch than a Patek Perpetual 
My second prefered way to display the calendar, first would be the inline one, but the watch is too big.

Indeed a very nice watch, falling again for the dial harmony every time i get it back on the wrist.
I have worn the salmon dial version for extended periods...
...it is super comfortable and disappears on the wrist...

Low key with a vintage dial touch
Like it better than the in-line perpetual and with the seconds hand and only single subdial, definitely a win for me vs the 5140.
