My 5056P has the same on both counts and my local Patek service centre has also serviced it before so nothing to be concerned. This is a great pickup and I still like this watch a lot. When it comes to Annual Calendars, I think Patek sets the standard....

where do you find the case# , since the 5056P doesnt come with a solid case-back, at least I never saw one being offered.

Whilst I have the 324 movement is looks very similar. The 'unfinished' wheel on that rocks back and forth with the movement of the rotor actually has a very fine sort of perlage finishing and is silver in colouor. I expect yours has the same finish. The s...

On watches with display back, the case number is on the inside of the display back:...  

Mine is the same. Johnswatch1's observations are correct.
