I agree with Tony--5146g with slate dial. I thought I wanted the cream dial--it looked better/more classic to me in pictures. When I went to an A.D. and saw both, to my eye there was no comparison. The slate has a very subtle, very beautiful, slightly mysterious look to it that you don't get in pictures.

Hi, The 5146G would be my choice, even if the 5130 is gorgeous too! The 5146G would be perfect for an everyday watch (for me). The 5146P would be much better though, but that's another story! Cheers Dje

The decision, imo, depends not only on the watch itself but also how many Pateks you are planning to own in the future. If you will only have one Patek and you will wear it very often, I think 5146 (or any other annual calenders 5396, etc.) is the choice....
