5396R was introduced in 2006, yours (5396G) was introduced in 2008 and the 5396 Tiffany was introduced in 2012. I only saw two pictures with 324 (only) and in both cases it was the Tiffany version. One picture was from a fellow Purist and the other one was from John Mayer (singer & watch collector).
I would recommend to ask PP in your market. They should be able to give you more details, but I doubt it something bad ;-)

on Tiffany pieces before, but those are not the early ones from that reference.
