I concur on the crown: it's too small. I also had a hard time pulling it out to set the time and adjust the date, which were big reasons why I moved on from the watch.
Like you, I also purchased a 1.5 link for my bracelet and that gave me a comfortable and secure fit. I'm surprised your 1.5 link didn't fix your fit issues. Nevertheless, I agree that the Parmigiani really needs a micro adjust bracelet given the market segment the brand wants to play in.

I’m glad I’m not the only one.
I really wanted to love the piece, but the day-to-day with it were less enjoyable than I expected. The bummer is that those should all be easily fixable, and the PF Tonda would be one of the best pieces in the market, period.

For an integrated sports watch, the lack of lume is an omission. I would have been willing to overlook it, if it wasn’t for the other downsides.
