I dare say, this new F.P. Journe boutique is perhaps even more amazing than some of the boutique(s) we frequent. I personally love the "private club" concept.

I went to the new boutique recently, and was thoroughly impressed.  I've known Michelle since her previous posts in the industry, and she is one of the most accommodating, lovely people you will meet.

I'm sure Michelle will be missed at her previous post on 57th St, but I'm sure she's happy in her new home.

Peter will also likely be missed at his previous post, but again, he's very confident of his move to F.P. Journe.

The new boutique looks lovely, and Mr. Journe and everyone in his organization should be proud.  I think FPJ watches are some of the best looking timepieces out there.  Next time I'm in NYC I'll have to stop in and see it for myself.

What a beautiful watch up close. That dial is magnificient. What a blue, breathtaking, especially against the white hands.  It all started when I was walking back from brunch with a distinguished member of the Appellate Court of New York, who I promised to show the boutique to on our walking tour back to our respective apartments. The Boutique was opened and we went in for expresso and great conversation with Ashley and Michelle. It turns out that my jurist friend, Michelle and I all attended the same university, if only decades apart.  We had a warm chat about NYC and the beautiful boutique.  All in a wonderful NYC sunny autumn day. 

At another PuristSPro meeting in New York City, another PuristS member realized they were neighbored to one of the attendees at the meeting.  Small world.

Had the chance to stop in Today. Ashley was warm and welcoming, and the place is amazing. Like a Journe Museum.

The Bleu is stunning, i especially love the deep blue color against the dark Tantalum case. The size is great, and the price point makes this a wonderful new edition.

I also tried on a black dial resonance in rose gold with Bracelet, that is so striking. I didnt realize that Journe makes black dial watches that are not limited like the black label pieces, but its possible i misunderstood what she was saying.

If you are in NY or anywhere close, you will not regret taking the time to stop in.

 

 

Hello all. Thank you for the nice comments. Just a clarification, the Black Labels are in Platinum and limited. The red gold with Black dials are exclusive boutiques but not limited..

Limited..not limited.....whatever it is, I like it!!!

 

All i know is that the Rose Gold Resonance on bracelet with black dial is one of the nicest watches I have ever seen. Seeing it in person makes all the difference......
