Yes, I agree - it has not stopped raining here in NY. It is raining now as I write this.
I have passed by the site. Although I have not seen the changes or specs for the new store, I would imagine that the majority of the work will have to be completed inside the store not outside. So I would hope the the weather would not cause too much delay.
Only time will tell.
