It absolutely can be employed as a dialy office watch. I wear mine to the office regularly. Likewise, it can dressed up for more formal attire. The Calendrier is a confluence of traditional/classic and modern styling. In other words, it blends the best of the past with the best of the present, and the end result is a stellar watch.

First of all, the RG with the gray dial is a stunner. It's very unlike the PT model and a bit more unusual. And the gray dial dresses it down, so I wear it with jeans as well as with a suit. If you can find one, I suggest you check it out.
Sorry it took a few weeks for me to respond to this, but here is a really bad stock photo that I've kept to remind me of how unappealing this combination is to me. Of course, it's subjective 8^) I think whomever took this photo shot it directly through a salmon because the pink is so damn saturated. Seriously, I just find it very heavy-handed with so much RG. Underneath is a photo showing the gray dial, much more understated to me.
