I cannot be happier to share my first ever brand new FP Journe
The Chronometre Souverain was always a grail for me. It might be one of the entry watches for the Journe brand but for me it is THE Journe I wanted as a first. Of course I would love to add more in the future despite how hard it is to get one!
The watch has been with me for several months now although I couldn’t find time to relax and post some pics of this amazing beauty that captured my heart.
Looking forward to the next one of course… there is always a next one!
Congratulations on this excellent piece! It is a foundational piece, which I often find are most enjoyable to have and wear.
I love to see them side by side.

I share your strong preference for this simple reference. And that has always been the best dial for this watch, in my book, but I thought it was long discontinued. Have they revived it? Good choice on their part if so!
I have to admit I'm particularly pleased to see you displaying it next to a white gold 1815 up/down. That is EXACTLY the watch that I sacrificed to get the Journe!
